So just a little thread of who's going where.
Also, I'm jacking this thread to use as my travel experience.
So I went with the family to Amsterdam, a fine city of legal whore and cannabis cafes.

My trip began yesterday with 16 hours of travel and a 9 hour time difference in which I read the entirety of Small Favor in a single day. I had a 2 hour layover in chicago then got on a plane to here. It was about then that, because I started to get the point of nearly incoherency, I had been living off of soda for the last 10 hours or so. That was actually kind of fun, trying to get enough food and water in me to avoid passing out. Besides that it was an uneventful plane ride besides the woman who kept staring at me through the entire goddamn flight. We lost a bag, no big deal, we'll have it some time today.

Then we went down, got groceries and walked down the market, cool place, I saw a jacket I want and that's about it. There is a great deal less chains of stores here, and a lot more of what I guess is privately owned businesses. We went back, and I fell asleep, and I ended up waking up at about 1 and not not getting back. Unfortunately, I lacked internet, so I had little to do. Mostly I read and discovered, oddly, most of night time TV here is adds for porn. Even a channel from kids nick.

What an odd place.


Anyway, I'll probably post more after more happens.

Hardly have the money to live here, never mind going somewhere else...

But yeah, I don't think we're going anywhere special this summer. It's just as well, I'd miss you all and the comics like crazy, and I'd be even more bored than...well...right now? :wink:

No, I'm saving up money for a GRAND trip to be taken with my friends, hopefully next summer. I don't think we'll really have enough money to do everything I want to do (I wanna travel the WHOLE country), but hey, if next summer doesn't work out, we can try again some time later. I'm a traveling guy, I guess it's the freedom of being on the open road? "Free as a Bird," I guess... And, now I have to listen to some Skynyrd... =^.^=

Yes..... science....
Hmmm... I just need to find where their legal Redlight district is and have 40 dollars in singles...
And hope that their age of consent if 14.....

Amsterdam is a [OMG CENSOR] hole. I hate that place. The only thing good about Amsterdam are its night clubs. Don't turn you back in Amsterdam, there are some pretty [OMG CENSOR] up people there.

Why the heck am I so blunt about everything!?

Well, I've got a few trips planned. In a few days I'll be going to summer camp at Camp Meriwether, a Boy Scout camp. As for how eventful it will be? As for the next trips, I'll be driving with my dad to Seattle, and going on a sailing trip around the San Juan Islands.
