us UK peeps don't really have prom normally, but when I left 6th form (A levels and what not) we got one organised. Someone must have been in love with american high school traditions coz we got a year book as well...

The night was rather boring...untill my lady friend Danie won a bottle of Aftershock (a shot... about 30%) in some [censored] raffle thingy. Next thing I know me and her are out of our faces and singing Bon Jovi's 'Living On a Prayer' using helium from ballons we nicked from the stage... one of the best night in my life lol

I never went to my senior prom. They're mostly overhyped, with very rare exceptions. If I want to listen to really loud, bad rap music, I'll just take a walk downtown.

Heh, I went to prom with a couple buddies of mine, all dateless. Pigged out on the hot pretzles, free sodas, and went back to my place to mess around with my new copy of GTA: Vice City, :P

Twayblade, you are hot. Your girlfriend is as well. You are both highly yiffable, and that is all. As for prom stuff, mine is on the thirty first. And then, I get out of school the next week, and my comencement ceremony is that saturday. Which reminds me...Oh gods, I never got my announcements sent out! Frig!

I didn't go to mine either.

A couple of classmates organised a party nearby on their own. People ended leaving the prom to come to that party since it was funnier and better organised. Even a few teachers. :D

I ruined my own prom waiting for my boyfriend [now my ex] to show up even though I knew he wouldn't. Dumb isn't it?

Luckily, my unofficial date, the one I should've gone with in the first place [my current boyfriend], rescued me and made it a little better.

Boy am I glad some things didn't happen the way they could've... Phew.
