I usally check it about one time a day while going through the quite large list of online comics I've saved up already ^^''
However, when I'm bored at university there's a good chance I'll come and check more often too.. but since that's hardly the case.. meh ^^

And I wouldn't call checking 2-3 times a day weird. It's a great comic so always worthy a look ;D

I check on update days, and every day after that if it's delayed.

Well I'm here plenty enough, but I don't expect a new strip up every time I log in.

Hmmm I don't really check it- often- it usually gets sent to me from Tom - or at least the progress hes made up to the point when I update mine. I dont know how many times ive sent him my comic completed and he sends me a blank white canvas...

I go through the comic every time I come to the forums. I don't expect an update, but if there is one, at least I won't miss it.

I just wait until someone posts 'OMG! NEW COMIC!'

I need a 'never' option.

He seems to mostly update on update days, so I trust them.

Every hour on the hour.
Well, actually, I have a script which does it for me - It checks for an update, and if there *is* one, it downloads it for me, places it in my local archive, and updates my online archive! :P

So THAT'S how you almost always get the new comic threads! I knew there was a gimmick!
XD

Actually, no - It doesn't alert me when it happens.
The times that I get the new comic thread is when Tom says when he does it in the IRC, which I always have up.

Also, because my script runs every hour on the hour(or whenever I manually run it), usually it doesn't know there is an update before I know it - So I manually run it and then go off to the forums, to see if I can get in first.

Also, always having a TK forum tab open in Firefox helps a lot.
