Location: Hold on, I'm getting bad reception
As of 2/25/08 stage6 developers have decided to shut down stage6 on 3/1/08 forever. I am sorry to say this to all those who know of stage6 and to those who don't you don't know what you missed out on. with 3 days left take the time to visit as much as you can or downlaod videos before the time runs out.

Better quality videos and ones that you can download. If you don't like or even care about the site don't post anything btw -.-

It's not that I don't care, but there are plenty of other sites like that, youtube excluded. It seems like it is (was harr) a nice place.

In my opinion though stage6 has the highest quality vids.

It also doesnt always have videos that work even though it had the links still up, I dont know how many times i tried to watch videos from Stage6 only for it to tell me the file was missing, but the quality you get from the DivX viewer is far far FAR better than you get from Youtube and even the Google Video viewer.

So do you know why they are shutting it down?

Yes, it's high upkeep without much profit and it was intentionally a project first they never meant to go to far with it, but now that they have and suddenly just shut-down I am saddened.

Well, I enjoyed it when it was around. Fortunately, I download every video I watched, so I am not losing anything.

So, aside from Youtube, what other video sites are there?
Google video is one I suppose, but its still lowish quality. Any high quality ones?

I like YouTube just fine. Thankfully I haven't become one of the YouTube trolls that spam "luk at mah veedios!!" but hey, its neat for its purposes.

Same. And it looks wicked.

And Veoh was good for a while, but now they're taking down a LOT of anime.
