I'm gonna load up on my Granny's cornbread dressing. The best two meals of the year are today and Christmas!

The best thing about Thanksgiving is spending time with the family. A close second is sleeping in.

Anybody else have to bring schoolwork home with them? Even though it's break, I'm still working a few hours each day on assignments.

Lol, I try not to think of college exams, essays, speeches, registration, and everything else that has to do with practically thinking hard...

I already registered last week. 17 hours of math and science...4 labs as well. And exams to study for...I enjoyed Thanksgiving so much more during high school.

Still, I love coming back home for a few days. I get to spend time with my family and see all my friends again.

Happy T-day!

Going to my roomie's folks - big spread! Then my other two roomies will return with leftovers...so much food!
X33

I think everyone should celebrate T-day - it's really fun and worthwhile...
I think that all non-specific holidays should be exported - like Carnival (yes, I know it is somewhat specific, but I WANTS IT!)
XD

Maybe it's just a southern thing, but anyone here ever had (or heard of) turducken? Its a duck stuffed inside of a chicken stuffed inside of a turkey, usually deep fried or smoked. Goes very well with thick gravy and heavy butter. Kind of a tradition around these parts, but I'm not sure if it exists outside of hickville.

Happy thanksgiving!
I've never tasted a turkey, so make sure you eat as much as you can!

Heard of it, never had it...
Always wondered how one gets the chicken cooked without turning the turkey to jerky...
