As requested, a topic about your job situation. What's your job, what do you do for a living, if nothing, what would you like to be doing?
So... have at it.

I work at a software development company. My job title is "Internet Applications Developer" which means "guy who writes random programs that run online using whatever random language the boss decides should be used." Most of my duties are more along the lines of server administrator, however. And since my boss is the chair of the nonprofit that owns the office, I've declared myself to be the Networks and Systems Office of the building. So...I'm working two jobs at once, not getting paid enough for either, and I have the joys of unpaid overtime (the downside of a salaried position) and everyone in the building comes and bothers me if there's a problem with the network.

-- Of course --
I can't complain. I've got the freedom to sit here on the forum all day while I'm at work. And, if I cared to, I could spend the whole day drinking too. If I got paid twice as much as I do, I'd have the best job ever.

I'm not even in high school yet, but my hope is to become a fiction writer at some point and have my own web comic.

Edit: hey, I'm in high school in like, one month.

I help work and keep working a radio telescope that the Space Science program at my college runs, they only use students of the program to help us out with experience and whatnot...

I'm not active duty anymore! It feels a little weird.

I earn my pay as an army reservist now and for the next three years. But the army will only be one weekend a month out of my life for a while, what I do now is college. A guy I've known since first grade is going to the same college, and we'll be renting an apartment off campus. I've taken almost three years of college before, but they were mostly night/online courses because I never had time to be a full time student. Also, they were not courses I ever intended to earn a degree by taking. Different story now.

It will be nice not having to wear a uniform every day, although I admit I'm not sure how I'll take the transition from enlisted soldier to student/civilian to commissioned soldier after I get my degree. Should be an interesting few years I'm faced with.
