my friends used jumpcut to edit a video for a school project (don't ask why) but now they can't download the video to put on a cd. Any help you could give would be nice.

Given the detailed explanation, I have a detailed solution.

1. Close all active windows.
2. Turn off your router.
3. Shut down your computer.
4. Wait approximately 20 minutes for your RAM to reset.
5. Turn on your computer.
6. Turn on your router.
7. Open the download menu.
8. Ask somebody else when you have a more detailed problem.

There's an add-on for Firefox that allows you to download things like that, unless it's the Youtube downloader you're talking about.

There's alot of video capture programs out there, but none of them are working, free, virus-less and additional-filetype-less at the same time.

Sounds like you're stuck. Rewind and try it again with a real video editor.

Oh, jeez, avoid Windows Movie Maker unless it's last resort.
