Once they buggering decide to replace their EULA with one that's not copy/pasted from GoogleDocs, then I might consider installing it. Until then, I'm not touching it with a ten-foot pole.
Every single google ap has the same EULA.
To be honest I trust google enough to not steal what is mine.
And that's the difference between you and I. I trust Google not at all.
An EULA that is poorly worded enough to imply that anything you look at or upload using the browser is given to Google to do whatever they see fit with it, including selling it to other people, and stating that you agree that, no matter what it is, you claim to have the right to give them that license, is an EULA for something I want no part of. It's not that hard to make sure that your EULA is reasonably written. I don't like it as a part of most Google apps, but at least it makes sense for them -- for Chrome, the EULA has parts that are clear nonsense.

However, is that it's
not stealing. If it were "stealing what is yours" then you could take Google to court. This EULA says that you give them permission to take what is yours and do anything they want with it, without asking you further permission or paying you in any way. It's worse than theft. It's like the contracts Thief has the rest of the Light Warriors sign in
8-Bit Theater. Legally, you're willingly
giving them everything. And that's where I get creeped out and worried. Sure, they don't do anything but mine it for data to make better targeted advertisements right now, but they've clearly left all their options open.
