I put this on a different website and it didn't go very well, I'll see what you guys think :grin:
Story
The RP is set 2,000 years before Naruto's birth. It will contain the history of the Akuma, the true nature of the Akuma and their first encounter's with the other Ninja Clan's that are beginning to make themselves known.
The great and noble Akuma are beginning to experience dangers within their government and the entire village its self. Nobody is sure of the heart of the problem which just encourages panic and distress, its leaders are fighting among themselves and the two sides of the clan have opened into all out Civil War. In the meantime, the members of the Government that are still calm are negotiating treaties with new Ninja Clans that have begun to reveal themselves, namely the Hyuuga, Inuzuka, Kaguya and many others. These new clan's abilities are primitive and some of the Akuma look down upon them while others worship the new techniques and way of life they offer.
Now then this is where you, the RPer, fit in. The Akuma popularity and reknown is decreasing fast, nobody knows which way to turn. Parents are just as frightened as their children. People are being murdered or raped everywhere, it's unsafe to leave your homes or even meet new people. Regardless of what you do the Akuma Clan is going to die out by their own weakness, the only thing you can do is watch...or so you think.
Your character can be a founding member of one of the new clans that are beginning to be discovered (original or not) or if you so wish you could be a member of the most noble and powerful clan of all, the Akuma. Or you could just be a one off ninja who has no clan but shows alligence to some and hatred to others, your choice.
2. The Rules
A. Characters
I will post the character sheet below so you can fill it in. Quite obviously when you post your Jutsu, you can't use things like Rasengan or Chidori, however, I may allow a weaker variation of some techniques but they must have different names. If you wish to create an Akuma, please don't argue back with me because, well, nobody knows them better than me. And please don't argue if I ask you to change something, if you do you will be removed from the RP.
B. Battle's
Each battle post will be graded by me and I will choose somebody to do mine. You will be graded on style, techniques used, tactics and plans and also writing ability. Each section of grading will be out of 10, meaning that the best you can get is 40/40. You may kill NPC's but we will take it in turns to RP as the NPC. You may only kill PCC's if the other RPer agree's, if they don't then you can just knock them unconcious. Also no auto hits, unless both RPer's agree on it before the fight.
C. Experience
After each battle is graded the victor will gain 30% of their score as experience and can use it to increase their skills. If the loser was a PCC and they don't die, they gain 20% of the victor's score as experience. All other PCC's will gain 10% of the victor's score as esperience (this is to try and keep power levels about even.)
D. Points
Everybody starts with ten points in each stat and is given 15 extra points to spend as they want.
