Ummm...does anybody actually want to rp Twokinds? I mean, that's what this board is for, right?

well, the slots for characters would fill up quick.
Everyone would want to be keith, trace, nat and flora.
there are tons of rps based in the twokinds would.
A Keidran Life is one of them, could be getting too many players though...

Yeah, I agree. Maybe we should start a new one, with really active people, but have a limit on the numbers. If so, I'm game.

I'd play. If a board is started I want dibs on calling dibs!

I don't know, we'd probably have to get the OK from someone, wouldn't we? I mean, Tom's characters in one of our inferior rps?

We don't necesarrily need to play one of the Two Kinds characters. Personally, I hate playing a character someone else created. Its too hard to get in character. If we do play, I'd say we just stay in the Two Kinds Universe.

I agree with Nikolai, a Twokinds RP can simply be one set in the world of Twokinds, it doesn't have to be one that uses Keith, Flora, Trace, etc...

Is anyone actually going to start a new one? A Keidran Life is a great example, but it now has too many people. A good RP should have a limited number of people, and those players should be very active ones. The players need to use good spelling as well as correct grammar (to the best of their abilities). A good post can be turned sour by words annoyingly spelled wrong or huge run-on sentences.

Also, RPers need to use words! It is important to fully describe your surroundings, your actions, your responses. If other people can't determine what you are trying to make happen, they will have a hard time responding to you. This can lead to miscommunication, plot screwups, and general not-coolness.

Well, that's my rant for the day, but seriously, would anyone like to start an RP set in the Twokinds world? The plotline for A Keidran Life is really good, but it is a long story, and newcomers would have to read through huge amounts of pages to learn all of the history (like I did). A new RP could be a great oppurtunity to start a fresh story with new people.

And I call second dibs on calling dibs. /shakes fist at Nikolai for calling first dibs :wink:

I second the idea, "a keidran life" was good, i read through it (although didnt take part) and it would be a good idea to make another one for other people to get involved into. The twokinds unviers itself is full of different dilemas (e.g. keidran and humans and war etc) so another one would be a good idea.

I relize that I am new, but if you did make a new RPG, well, I'd appreciated it. I know the main twokinds story. If someone would start a new thread, it would be appreciated.

Well, it's basically settled then. If anyone would like to open up a new RP, feel free to. If no one wants to do it, I could, but I've never set up one before, so it'd be better if someone else did. We could discuss a potential plotline here before making it though.

Any suggestions?

All joking aside, a ninja rp would be good. Unless the extreme likelihood of OP (overpowered) characters could be ended. Yeah, I know, I have OP characters too. Sue me.
