Physical Description: Panther fur design (Pitch black), lithe build (lean but muscular). Other than that, average Khajiit.
Mental Description: Sarcastic sometimes but good-natured, except when working, then he's quite serious. He has been known to toy around with his "prey"
Clothes: Basic neccessary clothing (Pants, shirt. No shoes are worn so he can maintain his stealth)
Armor: enchanted leather shield (Shield Enchantment, and since it's a leather shield, it's lightweight enough to not burden him.) and that's it.
Weapons: cap-lock pistol (1-shot) , a Dagger and a shortsword in case of close-combat.
Misc Items: Restore potions (of all types), cure poison/disease potions, (Self-made potion: Toxin of Illness. eats at fatigue and health slowly. lightly coated on bullets to make sure the job gets done, even if it doesn't hit a vital point. Also applied to his dagger in case the target gets close), A book (his mood and how much free time he has determines what he's reading at the time)
Bio: From a young age, he was taught how to kill with the best efficiency. Not much is known about him besides this: He has developed spells that have tortured his target's mind with illusion spells that caused them to "feel" the pain of getting stabbed, shot, etc. until the begged him to end it. He is completely ruthless and sadistic on a battlefield, but if you met him away from it, you'd never guess that he could kill within seconds when he's shut behind one of his books (he loves to read) or while he's speaking with you.
Other Info: He'll destroy just about anyone, but refuses jobs if the person hiring him does not give him good enough reason to do it, and also every one involving young ones (age 1-15)

you may want to specify if either Arachnion's character knowledge of spell effects or Bane Dragon's Character bio is fine, Evil_Pigeon.

His basic assembly of spells are made up of mostly illusion, which cause no damage of themself, but allow him to have an easier target (i.e. one that causes him (the target) to see illusions that noone else can, such as people hacking/firing/etc at him. I've heard that a first reflex would be to touch the spot and cringe as if it had hit (perhaps causing them to look around, increasing the time the hold still so a proper aim could be taken), or try to dodge, which would fatigue them greatly). he only silences his gun in shaped areas (where the bang would be heard for miles) or in cities (for obvious reasons), and his destruction skills are touch-based (most with very light damage/drain abilities). His restoration is only minor spells in case his potions ran out.

Illusion:

Silence
Invisibility
Eye of Night
+custom spells

(range ~ 100-200 meters, effect duration ~ 20-30 second for non-custom, and ~ 15-30 seconds for most custom)

Restore health (Minor spell, range = touch)
