Ah, the inevitable question. Who should our favorite disgruntled Basitin be paired up with? Someone was bound to post this sooner or later, so I thought, 'Why shouldn't I be the one who initiates the shipping war?' :wink:

Feel free to (in fact, please do) explain your reasoning in choosing whoever you do. If ‘I picked Laura because she is a sexxxy foxgirl’ is your reasoning, fair enough, but hopefully some of you have more convincing arguments ^_^’

“No one” is obviously not an option (Keith isn't lucky enough to be left in peace) ^_~

...and c'mon guys. I know you prefer Laura, but tell me why! Go on, duke it out. I'm a die-hard Keith x Natani fan so you'll have to be very convincing.

Natani, if for no other reasons other than the facts that Laura is: 1) Too much of an unknown variable right now, and 2) Likely to be dead soon.

Keith and Laura were only almost married. She left him at the altar. That cuts a guy deep. It poisoned Keith against Keidran completely -- the rumors he heard later made him decide that all Keidran were monstrous animals, slaves to their carnal urges (something he insisted to Trace several times early on). Only Natani's firm denial of those urges has started to heal his faith in her race. She's got the self-control of a Basitin, crazy notwithstanding.

I'm not going to bother with age...Laura can't be much older than Natani is, really. So that's a point that's not going to help me much. I agree, it pretty much means nothing.

He's like Natani in the sense that he's just suppressing himself. Otherwise he'd be hard pressed to not jump the first Keidran female to walk by.

Don't vote Laura just 'cause she saw 'im nakid. :P

Haha...if nakedness-exposure is the key, then shouldn't Natani come out on top?

Well, to be fair, Natani hasn't seen Keith naked, she's just pretty much had her hands all over him. ;) Of course, Keith's seen her which is probably more than we can currently say about Laura, given our current knowledge.

You bring up (in a backhanded way) another good point though, Ana. By Laura's own admission, she's always been kind of a coward. Natani's somebody Keith can really respect. Apart from her psychosis, she's strong and unflinching. Laura's devoted, sure, but Natani's aggressive. And I think a little aggression would do Keith some good.

I wonder if it’s that cowardly, meek nature that has made Laura so significantly popular all of a sudden, despite the fact that we know so little about her. What we do know about her is far from flattering, and yet after a few cameo appearances her cute little face and submissive disposition seem to have charmed some people into overlooking the fact that she cheated on her fiancée ~_~’ No, we don't know the details, but it was a significant transgression nonetheless.
