Alaric made the statue?! Granted, it's stone and not bronze, but...the statue?!!

I...I have no words for this.

Tom, I was going to beg for an Eric comic, but you know what, this works. Perfect flippancy, and the obvious double entrendre for Alaric. By "details," is it "face," or does Alaric mean something else? :P Anyone else amused by Alaric starting this project a year before, when he couldn't possibly have known Keith would return? Boy's got it bad. ;)

Hehe, this is awesome. I mean it's pretty obvious from this comic and very little hints from the other ones that Alaric might be gay. However, anyone else notice the other statue in the background? Maybe it was once a side job and it's now a hobby or he still has a side-job. Hm. Neverless, AWESOME COMIC. Also, Keith's eyes in the last panel are priceless.

Note: I'm just glad Keith's ear covers part of that statue... :o

Actually, I think it'd be a nice statue if you put real cloth on it. I wonder what they'd write in the base of the statue?

Great comic. Anyone else notice Alaric's tail wagging in 6th panel? :) Now I'm really starting to wonder if the guy is gay. Think he might have ordered Keith to kill Natani to get rid of competition? Meh, probably not, but who knows though.

Oh wow. Okay, I don't know if it's just the extreme lack of sleep talking here, but I loved this comic. I laughed for a solid 5 minutes before I could start typing here and keep laughing every time I look at their expressions. After everything else Alaric has had to say and show so far, the first two panels had me wondering... then I scrolled down and, well, the rest of the comic was certainly not what I had first thought it might be.

I love the faces in panels 3 and 5. So priceless.

True, it would be very nice. Hm, I dunno much about that kind of stuff though.

Uh, not really. He's wearing double or it was attached with another sleeve, Flora's was just a sweater. But I see what your saying. Oh, and he could he crying. That'd make him look sadder. =P

The expressions are simply awesome! in the Alaric is a great sculpturor! I have to wonder though how the laws dealing with nudity work. Because here is Keith stating the rules here...

As many others have stated before me, the expressions in this comic are simply fantastic. I didn't notice Alaric's tail before you guys pointed it out, but that's such a great little detail. He looks positively giddy. It's a terrific funny comic, while still piling on Keith. I mean -- it just goes to show you, no matter how bad you think things are, they can still get worse. And you may not expect how. I mean, who'd have guessed that your old best friend from years and years ago would craft a nude statue of you? That's pretty hard to anticipate. :P Of course, Keith hasn't seen anything yet. There's still the gallery filled with Alaric's paintings. ;)


Well, it might get a pass as artwork. Consider all the nudes in classical artwork in our universe. The body is a spectacular work, and in the hands of a good artist, I remain shocked at what can be done. Just the muscle work on the David is a thing to behold. We might have something similar here.

Now I've just got these pictures in my head of Alaric spending long hours relaxing by getting the muscle tone just right on the Keith statue, and dreaming of being able to finish it by seeing Keith again... Sometimes wishes do come true! :P
