Interesting. It's not is the style of the comic, but moderately relevant. No news. Maybe this is an actual comic, maybe a filler. We will see!

That wont stop the image from going away. It's just a link.

We could go into deep symbolic analysis, but I think I will pass on this one. I will skip the philosophic analysis too. Its a artistic cube of companionship.

Incorrect. I hosted the image on imageshack. When I say taken down, I mean off of the server.

Portal just came out yesterday. I would guess that Tom is fully imersed in it at the moment. (as is I) >.>

In it you solve various puzzles using just a "Portal Gun". Sometimes you use cubes to hold down switches or this or that. This is the Companion Cube, which is the only cube for an entire level, and you need it for just about everything. Long level too.

Go Portal!

Aw, and here I was coming up with stories in my head like ...

"It's the All-Heart! Companion to the All-Spark, this one grants all Kindness to the created Transformers! It created the Autobots long ago, but was lost, separated from the All-Spark, and that's why all new robots are killing machines!"

or

"That puzzle box should summon up some very *friendly* cenobites..."

Awsome! I loved the Companion Cube part! It was hard yes, but my favorite was the commentary from the Robot during it all.

"Should the companion cube ever speak to you, disregard what it says"
"Now you must Euthanize your companion cube"

:D

It may be just a little cube with some hearts on it, but it still looks pretty good.

But what does it mean? We're presented with an image of a large object that's pretty much dead weight but without it, you can't move forward. What significance does it carry? There goes any productivity I might have had for the day.

Portal, crikey. XP Such a fun game, but the robotic voices got a bit annoying after a while, especially the turrets. >.> "Are you still there?"

But yeah, the Companion Cube part was funneh. :P

I first heard of the game on Newgrounds.com the other day. I am unfamiliar with this cube. I first thought "gift"
