Who might that be?

That would be Ephemeral/Neutral in the form of the Keidran verison of Raine.

I saw that ages ago, but completely forgot to post about who it is. (I even put it in my favourites list, and I still forgot it. X.x ) Plus if you notice a few comics afterwards you see glowing yellow eyes in the 3rd panel here: http://twokinds.comicgenesis.com/d/20041203.html

but now I'm certain it's Ephemeral/Neutral

due to likeness facial features of the "evil face" and the same yellow glowing eyes in this one: http://twokinds.comicgenesis.com/d/20041206.html

and the plot of her trying to get to Flora in the next chapter and blah blah blah, makes flora all depressed and makes her possible to take control of her for know. Hence this http://twokinds.comicgenesis.com/d/20050117.html (<<< favourite strip. Because I like like gothic stuff. ;P )

I'd noticed the face in the back ground once before but thought it might have been discussed already...
But Sirver and Ktemkin are most likely right, especially from Sirver's explanation :)
