Well, I felt that the new banner deserved a topic for us to overanalyize it with, so here goes. >:D Let's see what kinds of itty-bitty details we can find.

And I'll start by throwing some topics up for discussion!

1.) That's a tiny river over to their left...

2.) The group is facing out to sea. Maybe an overseas voyage?

3.) Is the sun rising or setting as we look out? Rising on a new day or setting on the old?

4.) Why is Flora up front? Does she take a more prominent role in the story now, rather than Trace?

5.) Flora doesn't seem much larger than before... She's not preggie. At least not at that point in time.

So! Anyone want to back me up or blow me out of the water? Have fun!

You bring interesting ideas. I'm thinking an oversea voyage would be cool, and I could see that happening.

on-topic: i like the idea that they go to foreign countries.

off-topic: if my dad sees that avatar, aleu, i think i may lose my privillege to come to this forum.

If that avatar is too much then your dad would probably flip out from seeing the comic...

If your under 13 its illegal to be on this forum ^_^

Point is Sage, I don't think Tiger is spending a large amount of time reading the comic, but I know he spends a large amount of time reading the forums. Even if he's the correct age to be at these forums, he can still get in trouble for Aleu's avatar. You've got to remember, parents DO sometimes look over your shoulder, and explaining to them about user's inappropriate avatars is never fun.

Aleu, I can't force you to do this, but for Tiger's sake, please change your avatar.

Actually, I find nothing wrong with the avatar personally. I guess it's up to Aleu. I find it rather humorous, myself.

As do I, but I'm trying to help out Tiger, as I know what it's like to have those awkward conversations with your parents about why someone has "that avatar" or "that sig", you know?

Erm, there is an age limit here? :shock: I did not know that. I must of forgot about the contract. :? Oh well, Tiger if your father does see something like that, just tell him it's just a simple joke. Though I'm not sure he go with that.

i like the new banner, seems to illustrate a new begining for the story (maybe), im guessing if its an overseas voyage den they'll be going to the islands keith was from, i kinda liked the old banner more though i thought it was more in the spirit of the comic, though the same could be argued for the new one, the old one would make a good book cover (expanded of course)

any chance of a link to the old banner for comparison?
