ok, this is how I imagine it:

Keith goes and picks up the towel with alot going on in his mind, he returns to Natani where she recognizes she is a she and not a he and admits her love for Keith. they hug and while they are at it Keith takes out his knife then whispers "I'm sorry" and sinks the knife into Natani's back, right in the heart. as she falls to the ground and her life slowly fades away, Keith kisses her and says "I love you too". Nat dies leaving a big puddle of blood then Flora comes in and watches the scene with horror and storms out of the room screaming.

then maybe Keith kills himself to add even more drama to the story.

nora is WAY better than the BTK killer ( if you mean the movie version), nora i like, the BTK killer movie will make you cry blood it is just that bad.

Other. Natani is an assassin and can easily fake her Death. Keith isnt going to murder someone he cares about to get in good with people who blamed him for something he didnt do and cast him out.

Wasnt his dad one of the Generals? They thought a 13 year old kid took out a general? It was either
a. one of the current generals who wanted to get rid of him or
b. The man Trace placed on the Island to build the tower.
