You're just upset because he steadfastly refuses to draw any of those details. I'm sure if he wanted to do them, he could without terribly ruining anything. It's not like the Internet isn't full of "reference material." ;)

Not as much as you might think. It's not very common, after the days of litigatious feminism in the 90's. Most men old enough to remember the 90's are terrified to call women things like that. And most men too young to remember the 90's aren't old enough to use terminology like that to describe women. ;)
