Look in my DA gallery and take a look at the animation I've made a year ago with only 3 school weeks. Its incomplete because I've decided that it didn't really fit the theme of my story.

Here's a link http://divinedr4gon.deviantart.com/art/ ... k-83626191

No audio due to DA regulations, just pull up a window with the song of Asterisk -- Orange Range

Really, it looks pretty good. The only thing I see wrong(aside from it being short  ) is the low frame-rate. However, as you said, that was done a year ago and all, so what you would be doing now would be much better.

Now, what I am wondering is if you are going to attempt to copy Tom's look for his characters(So it looks almost like what it would if Tom were animating), or use your own look?

Anyway, now I have confidence in you. I guess all that's left to do is ask Tom(although he is going to say yes).

I would try to keep it close to Tom's style as possible but you may see some more subtle details... (nose, mouth, hair, clothes, and... foot...? I almost never see Tom drawing human feet or shoes... This could be a bit tricky...)

Sweet, looks good. Now make it 3D like in Kingdom hearts Opening and ending work lol jk. Doing something like will prob. take a year for one person to do.

All you would need is Maya 2009 from AutoCad.

I think he's going to be doing it in 2d animation using Flash most likely. Which can actually end up looking extremely nice: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1517567/ (SFW)

Ya, personally I think it would be kind of cool to have a flash animation opening sequence.

I just wouldn't have the dedication to take the time out to do it. I'm not bad at them, but I have no patience for it.

I hope you get the ok, as I'd love to see it!

Here's a test run of Trace running... Just running like no end... http://divinedr4gon.deviantart.com/art/ ... -101047605

Took me 2 hours to draw all of it and 15 minutes to organize and upload...

Hm, methinks it's nice, although doesn't look like Trace so much :?

You going to fit it to some song or keep it mute? (I realize dA has it's restrictions, but there's bunch of other places to upload)
