I just went through the nice new archives and was astonished at how primitive the artwork seemed compared to the incredible detailing Tom is doing today. My only complaint is that now it is a weekly update where it seemed to be almost every other day when the comic just started out. Should Tom continue on his path towards artistic perfection or should he go back to sketchy and fast?

High quality work is better.

Lots of webcomics do this. They get rolling with quick updates, some delays, but as they get older, the artist wants to go back and update things. While it would be nice if updates came fast, they might not be as well thought out or drawn. I'd rather have a slower updating, high quality comic then a fast updating, poor comic.

Well, when he first started the comic, like any artistic endeavor, he was probably really excited about it and posted crazily. Plus, his skill has improved vastly over the years. He eventually got ahold of himself and started putting a ton of time into each piece and now is where he is. I'd rather it stays where it is--good, and not too many updates that you have trouble keeping up.

Besides, he is juggling both the comic and his book right now. Which I want to be as stunning as possible, since I'll be paying for it! =P

Looks like a general feeling that we'd rather have good quality comics(and book), then have fast, low quality comics.

I'm willing to vote for high-quality updates interspersed with terrible-quality, generally naughty fillers...

And Cute non-graphic (I mean, no "parts") scenes between Flora and Kat. CUTE. NOT SEXY. I'M BEING SENSITIVE.

I would rather him stay how he is. Good and detailed artwork and once a week updates. Until he gets more times for 2 updates a week!

Yeah, he should make sketchy updates from now on... he should also give up sleeping and eating to get a higher productivity... and even breathing, if it's too time-consuming...

Seriously, his high-quality work is better than every other of the 2 billion s****y, within-five-minutes-squared, black-white or snoddy blur-coloured webcomics in existence. I can wait to see the results...

For some reason, I feel the earliest comics are.... cuter.
